Requirements for Extending Curator & Administrator Licenses (article 9 of Permenkumham No. 37 of 2018)
Document Requirements
Application Letter for Extending Curator and Administrator License to the Minister of Law Cq. Director General of AHU.
Identity Card (KTP).
Copy of Membership Card of Curator and Administrator Professional Organization legalized by the Professional Organization (issued by AKPI).
Recommendation Letter from Curator and Administrator Professional Organization (issued by AKPI).
Continuing Education Training Certificate for Curator and Administrator organized by the Joint Committee. The certificate PDF is combined with the diploma if there is an additional degree.
Latest colored passport photo with white background, size 4 cm × 6 cm.
Statement Letter from Administrator/Curator that they are/is currently/not handling PKPU/Bankruptcy cases (with stamp duty).
If currently handling a PKKU/Bankruptcy case, attach:
- Latest case report
- Newspaper announcement proof 1
- Newspaper announcement proof 2
- State Gazette announcement payment proof
Extension Receipt of Curator and Administrator Registration.
Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Payment for Extension of Curator and Administrator Registration Letter: Rp 10,000,000,- according to PP No. 28 of 2019.
Paid after all files are complete / after receiving items 3 and 4, accessed on the curator account.
AKPI Membership Fee Receipt for 5 years at once of Rp 2,500,000,-
