Announcement Regarding the Administration of the AKPI Receiver and Administrator Examination (Batch XXX)

Jakarta, July 24, 2023

The examination for prospective AKPI Curators and Administrators shall be conducted in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Participants who have received the Education Certificate and met the administrative requirements are eligible to take the examination.

2. The Curator examination is conducted in 2 (two) stages, namely:

• Stage One: Written Examination; and
• Stage Two: Oral Examination.

3. The conduct of the examination and the determination of passing results fall under the authority of the AKPI Certification Board, to be carried out with integrity, independence, and full responsibility.

4. The Written Examination will be held simultaneously in Jakarta and Surabaya on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 09:30 WIB (Western Indonesian Time), at Hotel Ayana MidPlaza (Jakarta) and Hotel Shangri-La (Surabaya).

5. The examination fee is set at Rp5,000,000 (five million rupiah) per participant; for those retaking only the Oral Examination, the fee is set at Rp3,000,000 (three million rupiah) per participant.

6. Participants who pass the written examination are eligible to take the oral examination, the date and venue of which will be determined at a later time.

7. Participants of the Written and Oral Examinations who did not pass a previous examination may take the Written and Oral Examinations during the next training cycle without having to repeat the Education Process, subject to the following provisions:

• 7.1 Participants may take the Written and Oral Examinations a maximum of 3 (three) consecutive times within a period of 3 (three) years, counting from the year of the education program. One examination is held following the education program; if a participant fails, they may take the exam again the following year; if they still fail, they may take the exam one final time the year after that.
• 7.2 Participants who fail the examination and do not participate in the exam the following year (the second year) for any reason still retain one opportunity to take the exam in the subsequent year (the third year), after which they are no longer eligible to take the examination. 8. Consequently, eligibility to take the Written and Oral Examinations is limited to individuals who participated in the AKPI training program in 2021, 2022, or 2023 and have taken the Written and Oral Examinations no more than twice previously; thus, the 2023 Written and Oral Examinations constitute the third attempt.

9. Training participants who are no longer eligible to take the examination under the provisions of points 7 and 8 above must—in order to take a future examination—repeat the training program in accordance with terms and conditions to be determined at a later date.

10. Training participants (excluding those from Training Cohort XXX) intending to take the Written and/or Oral Examinations are required to complete the Google Form at the following link no later than July 31, 2023: https://forms.gle/N8jaKjdM6b36776V7
