TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION: AKPI (Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators) CURATOR & ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING – BATCH XXXII (2025)

Pursuant to the Joint Committee Recommendation Letter No. AHU.AH.06.06-04, dated January 31, 2025, issued by the Director General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia (acting as Chair of the Joint Committee), the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI) will conduct the Curator and Administrator Training, Batch XXXII (2025). Prospective participants are requested to review the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration for the AKPI Curator and Administrator Training and the qualification test will be conducted online exclusively via the website www.pendaftaran-akpi.or.id (accessible only via personal computer/laptop; use of the Google Chrome browser is recommended). Registration officially opens on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time), or until the maximum participant quota for the sessions in Jakarta and Surabaya is reached.

2. During the registration process, prospective participants must upload personal documents in accordance with the specified requirements (file size between 300KB and 3MB), namely: - Photocopy of Bachelor’s degree (S1) diploma in Law or Accounting; - Recent 3x4 color photograph with a blue background; - Photocopy of the Official Record of Advocate Oath from the High Court / Accountant Professional License;

3. After submitting personal data, prospective participants will take a qualification test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions regarding Bankruptcy Law and PKPU (Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations) material, randomly generated by the computer system.

4. In addition to other requirements stipulated by the Committee, prospective participants must achieve a score of at least 60 (sixty)—meaning they must correctly answer a minimum of 12 test questions—in the qualification test to be eligible to participate in the 2025 AKPI Curator and Administrator Training (Batch XXXII).

5. Prospective participants are prohibited from submitting duplicate registrations or manipulating data. The Committee reserves the right to disqualify prospective participants for any violations discovered during the registration process for the AKPI Curator and Administrator Training.

6. Registration will close automatically once the maximum quota of prospective participants—comprising those who have registered and passed the qualification test—has been reached (150 individuals).

7. Registrations made outside the procedures established by the committee will not be processed; decisions made by the committee regarding disqualification or other matters are final and binding.

8. Prospective participants who pass the qualification test and meet the administrative requirements will receive a confirmation email containing payment instructions (please ensure the email address provided is correct).

9. During registration and the qualification test, prospective participants may select only one training location—either Jakarta or Surabaya—and may not subsequently change cities, subject to the following quotas: a. Jakarta quota: 100 (one hundred) individuals b. Surabaya quota: 50 (fifty) individuals

10. Prospective participants who receive the payment instruction confirmation email but fail to complete the payment registration within the designated timeframe will be deemed disqualified. The committee will then replace such individuals with candidates from the reserve list, based on the highest ranking within that reserve quota.

11. Participants who have registered and paid the training fees in full will be subject to a 50% penalty if they withdraw or decide not to attend the training within 3 (three) calendar days prior to the start of the program.

12. AKPI training participants are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% (eighty percent) across all sessions of the AKPI Curator and Administrator training program in order to be eligible to take the examination.
