Official Inauguration of the New AKPI Board to Strengthen the Organizational Structure

The Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI) officially inaugurated its central board for the 2025–2028 term in Jakarta on Monday (October 6, 2025). A total of 363 officials were sworn in, comprising three councils, 15 central board divisions, and five regional chapters across Indonesia.
AKPI’s newly elected Chairman, Jimmy Simanjuntak, emphasized that his new leadership team marks a pivotal moment to demonstrate the organization's commitment to serving its members and strengthening AKPI’s position at both national and international levels.
"I believe this marks the beginning of our commitment to serving AKPI. Although the new board has been in office for less than a month, we have already undertaken numerous activities," he stated during his inaugural address.
He noted that AKPI would serve as a strategic partner in upholding justice and maintaining national economic stability. Jimmy Simanjuntak was officially installed as AKPI Chairman for the 2025–2028 term, alongside Resha Agriansyah as Secretary General and Daniel Alfredo as Executive Chairman.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Deputy Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Correctional Affairs, Otto Hasibuan. He urged Chairman Jimmy Simanjuntak and the rest of the board to ensure that AKPI effectively fulfills its role moving forward.
"We extend our support to AKPI, with the hope that the association can truly carry out its duties as receivers and administrators—acting responsibly and with integrity," Otto told reporters.
